Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. beef sirloin
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
3 oz. canned mushroom, un-drained
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. catsup
8 oz. package of wide egg noodles

Cook egg noodles as per directions on package.
Cut mean in ¼ inch strips.
Brown meat in oil, then add onion and garlic, sautee until onion is clear.
Add all other ingredients except noodles.
Heat just to a boil.
Serve over noodles.
