Chicken Cordon Bleu

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin and halved
4 slices of thinly sliced ham
2 slices of swiss cheese slice again length wise
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Place ham and cheese in the middle of the ½ of one chicken breast. Top with second ½ of chicken breast and secure with a tooth pick. Dip into melted butter then crumbs to coat. Place on baking sheet and bake in prepared oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken reads 160 degress on a meat theremomater.

Serve with Mustard Sauce.

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
Mix together.

For you Weight Watcher participants, once upon a time before I dropped out, I figured point on this as being:
Chicken 8 1/2 points
Sauce 3 points for 1/3 c.
