2 – 8 oz. packages of Cream Cheese
½ cup sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
12 vanilla wafers
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs and mix until eggs are completely combined.
Place Vanilla wafers into muffin cups seated in a muffin tin.
Pour cream cheese mixture into muffin cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.
Personally I like to top with cherry pie filling, but you can leave then plain or use any pie filling.
