Crust:
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
Mix well; cover botton of pan; bake 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes
Bottom Layer:
12 oz. cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese softened
Cream 1/2 cool whip and cream cheese. Put on cooled pie crust.
Second Layer:
Large box of prepared pudding mix, partially set up
Top Layer:
Remainder of cool whip
Garnish with nuts
