Fiesta Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/4 c. water
1 c. canned or frozen corn
1/2 c. sliced olives, drained
8.5 oz. pkg corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. diced green chilies

Brown beef and onion; drain.  Stir in salsa, seasoning mix and water.  Cook over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture thickens.  Stir in corn and olives.  Spoon into 8 inch square baking dish.

Prepare batter for corn muffin mix according to package directions.  Sit in cheese and chilies.  Spread over meat mixture.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
