Porcupines

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. beef Rice-a-Roni
1 egg
2 1/2 c. hot water

Mix hamburger, egg and Rice-a-Roni. Shape into meatballs. Brown on all sides in skillet. Drain grease. Mix seasoning packet with water. Pour into skillet with meatballs and simmer 30 minutes.

Sometimes I am super lazy and just crumble the meat and forego the egg.
