Soft Caramel Corn

1 c. corn syrup
1 cube butter
2 c. brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. popcorn seeds, popped

Bring butter, syrup and sugar to a boil.  Add a dash of salt and milk.  Bring to a boil and continute cooking to a softt ball stage.
Pour over popcorn
