This is my sister's fave and since today is her Birthday I thought this would be a good post.
2 tenderloin steaks
2 Tbsp burbon
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 Tbsp fresh ground pepper
salt to taste
Combine bourbon, brown sugar and pepper; run over steaks; grill
