Annie's carrot cake

Cake
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
Blend together

1/2 tsp all spice
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
Sift together

Mix wet ingredients with 3 c. finely grated carrots.  Add flour mixture.  Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes

Frosting
1 lb powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/4 lb butter
2 tsp vanilla
Cream ingredients together.
