Green Onion Cheese Ball
2 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1/4 c. fresh parsley (optional)
1 T. lemon pepper
1/4 finely grated cheese
1/4 c. almonds - sliced
Combine and roll into a ball. Roll into almonds. Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours.
