Beef Jerkey

I got this recipe many moons ago from my friend Todd.  Thanks Toddy!

1 bottle yoshida's original sauce
1 tsp salt per lb of meat
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1/4 c. pepper
1/2 c. water

Stir all ingredients; marinate for 2 days; dehydrate according to manufacturer's directions.
