Spinach Salad

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 bag baby spinach
1 c. sliced mushrooms
grated swiss cheese
crumbled bacon
chopped red onion
slivered almonds

Dressing:
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp Mustard
3/4 tsp. poppy seeds
