This is why I grew tomatillos last year!
1 large jalapeno
3 cloves garlic
1-4 tomatillos - more more flavor. They do NOT taste like tomatoes!
1 handful cilantro
1 lime, juice only
1 c milk
1 c mayonnaise
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
Blend all ingredients except mayonnaise in blender until smooth. Whisk in the mayo and chill until ready to serve.
