My son takes after his Mama and loves his cakes. I had some bananas that were needing to be eaten so I gave this one a shot and it was perfect. It made just a few which was great since I didn't have the time to make a freezer batch. Plus it used bananas that needed eaten so, win-win.
1 banana
1/3 c. rolled oats (quick cook)
1 egg
1/6 tsp baking soda
Blend then cook in buttered skillet. Almost too easy.
