INGREDIENTS:
2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 stick butter
1/2 c milk
1 c peanut butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 1/4 cups quick cook oats
INSTRUCTIONS:
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside
In a medium sized sauce pan combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk.
Heat until boiling and then stir while boiling for one minute. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats and stir until combined.
Drop by spoonfuls onto your prepared cookie sheets and refrigerate until hardened.
