I have an instant pot... not sure if I've mentioned this or not. It is mainly used for rice, hard boiled eggs, potatoes and more rice. Some day I'll get more adventurous but for now aka the year I've owned it that is the reality. Haha
1 c. Long grain riced, rinsed well
1 1/4 c. Water
1/2 tsp salt
Add to pot, lock lid, MAKE SURE YOU'RE LID IS SEALED (🙄 #personalfail), high pressure 3 minutes, natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
