Peanut Butter Smoothie

 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (some protein powders are 2 scoops, go with the serving size for 1 serving)

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter protein powder 

1 C almond milk

2 pitted dates

1 Tbsp chia seeds

Ice

Blend until smooth.  Super tasty.  * I also add my Collagen supplement
