Strawberry Bundt Cake aka Erica's birthday cake

 For the cake I use the cake mix with a kick recipe.  I use a strawberry cake mix and vanilla pudding mix. 

Glaze:

2 Tbsp strawberry puree

2 C. powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp lemon juice

Mix thoroughly and drizzle over the cake.  I also like to garnish with fresh strawberries tossed in lemon juice.
