Instant Pot Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 eggs (or as many as you'd like)
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the steamer basket in your Instant Pot and carefully add the eggs. 
  2. Pour in 1 cup of water. Make sure the valve is on sealing and cook on high pressure for 7 minutes. (Cook for 4-5 minutes for soft boiled eggs).
  3. Quick release the pressure and immediately place the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes. Peel eggs or not and store in the fridge for up to one week.
